TandemGrown terms of use

These terms govern the use of TandemGrown, an app by Javier Partida Valle (Spain). By creating an account and using the app, you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy: https://tandemgrown.com/privacy.

What TandemGrown is

An app for families to record and check their babies' daily care (feeds, sleep, nappies, growth, medicines and notes) and share it among the members they invite.

Not medical advice

TandemGrown does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice, and it does not replace your paediatrician or any healthcare professional. Growth percentiles use the World Health Organization tables only as a rough reference; medicine dose-interval reminders depend on what you record. If you have any doubt about your babies' health, or in an emergency, consult a professional or call 112 (or your local emergency number).

Who can use it

You must be an adult and have parental responsibility or guardianship for the babies you record, or have permission from whoever has it. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what is done with it.

Your family

• Whoever creates the family manages it and can remove members. If they delete their account, management passes to another member.
• Only invite people you trust: all members can see and change the babies and their records.
• What you record is part of the babies' history: if you leave the family, it is kept for the other members.

What you record

The data you enter is yours, and you are responsible for it being accurate and for having the right to record it. You allow us to store it and show it to your family's members, only to provide the service. Do not use the app for illegal purposes or to record data about people without their permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running well and your data safe, but it is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We recommend downloading a copy of your data from Settings from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions made based on the information in the app. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

Changes and closing your account

We may update the app and these terms; if a change is important, we will tell you in the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, telling you unless the law prevents it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live. For any question or complaint: info@tandemgrown.com.
